The Parents' Association hosts a variety of community-building activities and fundraising events throughout the school year. All proceeds are then donated to The Baldwin Fund to support our fantastic faculty and students! Please see below for more information about each event.

Pumpkin Painting: October 16-18, 2024
We paint colorful pumpkins every October and sell them to raise money for our Lower School Halloween Fair. The proceeds from this fundraiser help keep the Halloween Fair free for all of our girls and provide a fun social activity for parents. This is a great volunteer opportunity for creative parents! Homecoming Weekend: October 18-19, 2024
Join us on Friday, October 18 when our community will gather to celebrate and cheer on our Baldwin Bears. Fall athletic team skits (6 p.m.) and bonfire (6:30 p.m.) will kick off the festivities on Friday evening with school spirit for all ages complete with s’mores provided by the BSPA. If you are available to help hand out treats and glow necklaces for an hour or two that evening, please sign up here.
On Saturday, October 19 our athletes will take on the Agnes Irwin Owls on Saturday in field hockey, soccer, tennis and volleyball! Between games, visit the annual Upper School Club and Activity Fair, bounce house and Junior/Senior cookout. Homecoming attendance is FREE! Tickets are available for the BBQ and Activity Fair, which serves as a fundraiser for the organizations and clubs.

LS Halloween Fair: Thursday, October 31, 2024, daytime by grade
Join the Baldwin Lower School community for a day of Halloween-themed games and prizes on Thursday, October 31, at the Halloween Fair. There are multiple opportunities for parents to join in the fun. Please sign up for a time to help prepare for the event, set up and clean up on the day of the fair or help run games during the fair itself.

Book Fair: Sunday, December 15 - Tuesday, December 17, 2024
The Book Fair is a beloved annual Lower School tradition that helps our teachers fill their classrooms with fabulous new books and teaching resources and is a great way for our students to start the holiday season. During these three days, each Lower School class will visit the Book Fair at a predetermined time to expand their love of learning and reading with countless new books and authors. Please be on the lookout for your student’s class visiting schedule, which will be released closer to the Book Fair dates.
