Baldwin Students Recognized in Charlotte Miller Simon Poetry Contest

Congratulations to the Baldwin students who were awarded prizes in the Charlotte Miller Simon Poetry Contest hosted by the Ardmore Public Library.  
 
Children's Division
  • 1st Place: "Think," by Mackenzie Namvou ’31
  • Honorable mention: "Soccer Pride," by Addison Aurand ’31
  • Honorable mention: "The Seamstress," by Leah Tarka ’32
Teen Division
  • 1st Place: "Blueberry Hues," by Han-ya Chen ’30
  • 3rd Place: "Petrichor," by Copper Forbes ’25
  • Honorable mention: "My Shadow and Me," by Logan Smith ’30
  • Honorable mention: "The Seasons Change and So Do We," by Kate Ma ’26
The winning poets are invited to read their poems to the audience at a Poetry Celebration on March 16 at Lower Merion Township Administration Building.
